Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Year Over Year ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Quail Projects LLC.
Description of Service
Year Over Year is an iOS application that reads health data from Apple HealthKit and displays year-over-year trends and comparisons. The App is designed to help you visualize long-term changes in your health metrics.
Health Data
The App accesses Apple HealthKit data with your permission. All health data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. The App does not provide medical advice. Data shown in the App is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Subscriptions and Payments
Year Over Year may offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through your Apple ID settings. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription entitlements.
Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including design, code, and branding, are owned by Quail Projects LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that health data visualizations will be perfectly accurate. Use the App at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quail Projects LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any decisions made based on health data displayed in the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
