Year Over Year ("the App") is built by Quail Projects LLC. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights.

Health Data

Year Over Year reads health data from Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission. This includes metrics such as steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts, and weight. All health data stays on your device. It is never sent to our servers or any third party. We do not store, collect, or transmit your health data.

Data We Collect

We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, or device identifiers. The App does not include any analytics or tracking frameworks.

Subscriptions

Year Over Year offers optional subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Subscription status is processed by RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and subscription status — no health data or personal information is shared with RevenueCat. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple HealthKit — to read health data on your device. Data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• RevenueCat — to manage subscription entitlements. No health data is shared.

Data Security

Because your health data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security, including encryption and biometric locks. We cannot access your data.

Children's Privacy

Year Over Year is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
